If you're having trouble signing up or reconnecting your Yahoo or AOL email to Unroll.Me, it probably may be because you've reached the limit of app passwords for your email account.
An app password is a randomly generated code that gives a non-Yahoo/AOL app permission to access your email account. You'll only need to provide this code once to sign in to your 3rd party email app.
Once the limit of 50 app passwords is reached, you will be unable to generate any new app passwords. It's advisable to delete unnecessary app passwords and then try signing up or reconnecting to Unroll.Me again.
How to delete an App Password for Yahoo/AOL email:
- Sign in to your Yahoo Account Security page or AOL Account Security page.
- Click Generate and manage app passwords.
- Click Delete next to the app password you want to delete.
- Click Delete to confirm.
