The IMAP protocol must be enabled in mailbox settings to use Unroll.Me.
How to enable Outlook IMAP:
1. Open a desktop browser and go to https://outlook.live.com.
NOTE: There is no IMAP setting in the mobile browser or Outlook app.
2. Log in with your Microsoft account.
3. Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner of the page.
4. In the settings menu, select Mail (could be selected by default).
5. Choose the "Forwarding and IMAP" menu item in the second column.
6. Click the "Sign in" button to open forwarding settings.
7. Scroll down to the "POP and IMAP" section.
8. Look for an option like “Let devices and apps use IMAP” and ensure the toggle or checkbox for IMAP is enabled.
9. Save your changes.
NOTE: If you registered for Unroll.Me without enabling IMAP, our service won't connect to your mailbox. Please enable IMAP, then delete your account in Unroll.Me and sign up again.
