How to download your data from Unroll.Me on the desktop:
- Log in to Unroll.Me page
- Select the mailbox (if you have more than one account in Unroll.Me)
- Click on the gear sign in the top-right corner of the page and choose Settings
- In the "Manage My Data" section please click "Download My Data"
- Click the "Create File" button.
How to download your data from Unroll.Me app on a mobile device:
- Open the Unroll.Me app
- Tap on the profile picture in the top-right corner.
- Select Mailboxes and tap on your email address.
- Select Manage My Data.
- Tap on Download My Data.
- Tap on Create File.
You will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have received your request and are in the process of preparing your data. Please note that this file may take up to 10 days to process.
IMPORTANT:
If you choose to delete your account before Unroll.Me sends you a data archive, please be aware that all associated information will be permanently lost. This means we won’t be able to generate or provide you with your CCPA data archive. We recommend considering this carefully before making your request.
Once your file is ready, we will send you an email to let you know it is available for download. In this email, follow the link to the "Manage My Data" section in your Unroll.Me account (please be aware that the link in the email will be active for only 24 hours). From there, select the download link to obtain the .zip file. The file will remain accessible in Unroll.Me for 10 days.
