IMAP protocol must be enabled on Gmail and Outlook mailboxes to use "Unroll.Me" service.
How to enable Gmail IMAP on your desktop
1. Please log in to gmail.com with your email address and password, and then follow the instructions for your device. (It’s easier on a desktop.)
2. After you log in, tap the gears icon (on the right-hand side), and choose Settings -> See all settings.
3. Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab and select Enable IMAP.
4. Click Save Changes. Then please try to connect your mailbox to Unroll.Me here.
How to enable Gmail IMAP using your iPhone
1. At the top left, tap Menu , scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and tap Desktop. Get ready for some small print. You can pinch to zoom if that helps.
2. Tap Settings, then tap Forwarding and POP/IMAP, and select Enable IMAP.
3. Click Save Changes. Then please open the Unroll.Me app and connect your mailbox.
How to enable Outlook IMAP on your desktop:
1. Open a web browser and go to https://outlook.live.com.
2. Log in with your Microsoft account.
3. Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner of the page.
4. In the settings menu, select Mail (could be selected by default).
5. Choose the "Forwarding and IMAP" menu item in the second column.
6. Click the "Sign in" button to open forwarding settings.
7. Scroll down to the "POP and IMAP" section.
8. Look for an option like “Let devices and apps use IMAP” and ensure the toggle or checkbox for IMAP is enabled.
9. Save your changes.
NOTE: If you registered for Unroll.Me without enabling IMAP, our service won't connect to your mailbox. Please enable IMAP, then delete your account in Unroll.Me and sign up again.
